Silver Wines has been hand and foot crafting wines from Santa Barbara County vineyards since 1996. Fruit is sourced from old vine vineyards planted in the 1970's and 1980's. We produce our core wines from Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Nebbiolo, Syrah and Cabernet Franc at our small urban winery using traditional methods. Fermentations are in open top 700L and 860L wood barrels. Wines are aged as much as they need both in barrel and in bottle before release.
