Description
Since 1972, we have produced Fume Blanc - a wine at the heart and soul of our family winery. Modeled after the classic wines from the Loire Valley, our stainless steel fermented Fume Bland is crisp, balanced and immediately drinkable. At first swirl, aromatics of Meyer lemon and key lime and lemongrass leap forward from the glass. On the palate, the wine is refreshing with flavors of lemon curd, tangerine and hints of dried thyme and freshly cut grass. Winery founder David Stare was the first person to plant the Sauvignon Blanc varietal in Dry creek Valley. Many years later, Sauvignon Blanc is the most widely planted white variety in our valley.
