Without fail, it’s hard to miss the distinct characteristics of Three Saints Cabernet: fresh sage and wild herbs comingling with ripe red and blue fruits, framed perfectly together with a modest addition of new French oak barrels. The texture for this vintage gives the best of both worlds; firm, structured tannins dancing amongst bright fresh fruit. Ready and showing wonderfully in its youth, this wine will continue to develop more complex flavors as it matures in bottle.
