With its maritime influence and abundant sun exposure Lodi yields ripe fruit with good acid balance and great flavor development. Mandolin Petit Verdot has aromas of ripe blueberries, sun-warmed blackberries, violets, mineral and dried herbs. The mouthfeel is rich and round with flavors of black plum and spice.
