California Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

Our 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon features fruit from select California vineyards that produce full-bodied, concentrated wines. After a two-day cold soak, the grapes were crushed and fermented at relatively warm temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then pressed and each lot was blended or fined depending on flavor, color and tannin concentration. After 6 months of aging this wine was bottled in a new lightweight glass bottle which further increases our sustainability efforts. Bright cherry and strawberry, medium-weight palate with spice cake and a tinge of cocoa.
